Strack has and will reach out to youths

To the Editor:

As a high school teacher for seven years and youth coach for 15 years, I understand the importance of quality leadership. I have been a lifelong resident of Morrison County and believe our community needs a leader who can reach out to our youth, specifically in drug prevention. Charles Strack’s’ experience includes 13 years as a certified narcotics K-9 handler and 20 years as a law enforcement officer, which has been used to educate youth about the dangers of drug use.

In May 2013, Charles spoke with the Little Falls High School student body regarding current drug issues in the county, the effects of these drugs and what he and the police force are doing to keep residents and children safe. No other candidate has this type of overall experience to keep our community safe from illicit drugs.

A vote for Charles Strack is a vote for knowledge, experience and commitment to this community that he has already shown as a law enforcement officer for 20 years and a Morrison County resident all his life.
