Loyce (Hermsen) Moss, an 82-year-old resident of Daniel Island, S.C. passed away, Sept. 2, 2014, in the comforting presence of her daughter, Camille Hermsen and husband, Bill Moss. Loyce was born, raised and attended college in Nebraska, where she met and married Bernie Hermsen. She taught school in Nebraska prior to moving to Minneapolis with her husband. There she was the loving mother to her son, Brad, and daughter, Camille. The family moved to Randall in 1965. After Bernies death in 1990, Loyce reconnected with high school sweetheart, Bill Moss. The couple married in 1991. Loyce and Bill relocated to Daniel Island, S.C. in 2006. Loyce was known for her fabulous parties on Round Lake, her fashion sense and effervescent personality.
Loyce is survived by her daughter, Camille Hermsen; stepsons, Richard (Sara) Moss, David (Kimpa) Moss, and John (Cathy) Moss; grandchildren, Brandon Hermsen, Brice Hermsen, Becky Moss, Donna Moss, Kate Moss, Kelsey Moss, Drew Moss, and Alexey Moss.
Loyce requested no service be held. Loyces ashes will be scattered in her favorite areas.
