Thomas Robert Klassen, 30, Little Falls, was convicted Nov. 5 in Morrison County District Court with one felony count of possession of a controlled substance.
While at a Little Falls residence March 5, a police officer located Klassen who was found hiding from the officer. Klassen admitted he was hiding because there was a warrant for his arrest.
The officer located one meth pipe which tested positive for methamphetamines and a marijuana pipe on Klassen’s person. He was arrested.
Klassen was sentenced to 13 months in prison, stayed for five years, and 116 days in jail with credit for the 116 days already served. He was fined $135 and placed on five years of supervised probation.
