Both the Pierz boys and girls gol f teams were busy recently. The two teams played two tournaments in one day, May 15, at Belgrade-Brooten-Erosa (BBE) and Osakis.
The boys headed out on the BBE course first, and the girls on Osakis, then the two switched.
For Pierz, the girls took fourth on Osakis’ course.
Jessica Hawks led the Pioneers with a 47. Katie LeBlanc added 56, Brittany Talberg a 57 and Izzy Kohl, a 69.
The boys finished seventh at BBE.

When the boys hit Osakis, Rocheleau had his best round of the season, carding a 39.
Funk and Hayes each added 54, and Alex Wilson shot a 56 to make the total, which put Pierz in seventh once again.

The Pierz boys also played at Whispering Pines, an event hosted by Maple Lake, Tuesday.
