Morrison County District Court

The following people, charged with a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor level crime in Morrison County District Court, have recently been sentenced:

 

Gross Misdemeanors

  • Thomas John Beaver, 52, St. Cloud (offense: 1/6/17) domestic abuse, fined $285, sentenced to 30 days in jail and supervised probation for two years. Dismissed against Beaver was one count of gross misdemeanor of domestic abuse.
  • Jeremy Joseph Fuchs, 29, Bowlus (offense: 4/14/2016) malicious punishment of a child, fined $100, supervised probation for one year, conditions met of expired, dismissed.

 

Misdemeanors

  • Bradley Paul Keehr, 31, Brainerd (offense: 8/28/2016) disorderly conduct, fined $185, sentenced to three days in jail and supervised probation for one year.
  • Amber Beth Okerman, 29, Royalton (offense: 11/25/2016) theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent, fined $140.48, probation to the court for one year.
  • Joseph Dale Peterson, 30, Little Falls (offense: 2/3/2017) signs – driving approaching intersection fails to yield right of way, fined $285, unsupervised probation for one year.
  • Kiri Jean Roering, 26, St. Cloud (offense: 3/6/2017) driving after revocation, fined $135. Also gave peace officer false name, no sentence pronounced.
  • Anthony Wayne Deel, 28, Minneapolis (offense: 10/27/2016) driving after revocation, fined $185, sentenced to three days in jail; also one count of speeding, fine concurrent with first count.
  • Terrence James Lewis, 22, Little Falls (offense: 3/16/2016) theft – leased or rented property – sells conveys or encumbers, fined $135.
  • Matthew Howard Oslund, 40, Little Falls (offense: 9/9/2016) violate order of protection, fined $185, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for one year.
  • Sara Ann Walter, 24, Little Falls (offense: 2/17/2017) accidents – collision with unattended vehicle – notify victim or police, fined $135, probation to the court for one year.
  • Matthew Howard Oslund, 40, Little Falls (offense: 10/12/2016) violate order for protection, fined $185, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for one year; also one count of domestic abuse, sentencing concurrent with first count.
  • Sarah Marie St. Onge, 39, Fort Ripley (offense: 8/24/2016) fourth degree DWI, fined $535, sentenced to two days in jail and supervised probation for two years.  Dismissed against St. Onge was one gross misdemeanor count of third degree DWI.
