Gross misdemeanor charges filed- 04/02/17

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed gross misdemeanor complaints against the following people:
• Sanford Joseph Scepurek, 43, Randall — In connection with a March 17, 2017, incident, Scepurek has been charged with one count of emergency telephone calls – communications – interrupt, interfere, impede and disrupt 911 call and two counts of domestic assault.
• Richard Gregory Henry, 27, Pierz — In connection with a March 17, 2017, incident, Henry has been charged with two counts of second degree DWI and one count of traffic collision – failure to notify owner of damaged property.
• James Michael Juetten, 40, Pierz — In connection with a Feb. 19 incident, Juetten has been charged with one count of driving after cancellation.
• Brian Lawrence Dehn, 48, Little Falls — In connection with a March 22, 2017, incident, Dehn has been charged with one count of third degree criminal damage to property.
If found guilty, they could face a maximum penalty of one year in jail and/or a $3,000 fine.
The court will set their appearance date.
