Residents mourn the loss of historic Darling Church building

When the abandoned Darling Church located in Darling Township on Highway 10 between Little Falls and Randall burned down in the early morning hours of March 24, residents felt sickened, hurt and as though a person had died.

The people impacted by the loss ranged from members of its former congregation to writers who covered its history to neighbors who knew it as a neighborhood monument.
