Randall man injured in Sunday morning ATV accident

The Morrison County Sheriff ‘s Office reports that on it received a report around 12:40 a.m., Sunday of an ATV crash with injuries on Lake Camille Drive, approximately 4 miles north of Randall in Cushing Township.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, 47-year-old Damon Salyard of Randall, MN was driving an ATV in the ditch off of Lake Camille Drive. Salyard lost control of the ATV and it rolled on top of him. Salyard was airlifted by Life Link III out of Brainerd to St Cloud Hospital with unknown injuries. The Sheriff’s Department said Alcohol is believed to be a factor, and the case is still under investigation.

The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the MN State Patrol, Randall Fire and Rescue, Life Link III and Gold Cross Ambulance.
