Multiple felony charges against Ross dismissed

Two felony terroristic threat charges and a felony first degree property damage charges against Paul Michael Ross, 58, Randall, were dismissed in Morrison County District Court, July 19.

Ross was convicted of gross misdemeanor third degree property damage.

The two terroristic threat charges stem from an incident in July of 2015, when Ross allegedly threatened a Randall family.

When he was arrested, Ross allegedly threatened a police officer.

In June of 2015, while at the Morrison County Jail, Ross flooded his jail cell, causing over $500 worth of damage.

Ross pleaded guilty to the gross misdemeanor as part of a plea agreement.

He was sentenced to two years of supervised probation and was fined $645, including restitution.
