Gerald and Lucille Schlichting of Royalton will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a private celebration, May 5, 2012, with a 5 p.m. Mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Rice. A private family gathering will follow. Gerald and Lucille (Wojtanowicz) were married May 5, 1962, at Immaculate Conception Church in Rice.  

Jim and Jean Young of Pierz will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a 10 a.m. Mass at St. Elizabeth’s Church in Brennyville, followed by a private party with family April 15, 2012. Jim and Jean were married April 15, 1972, at Holy Family Parish, Bulldog Lake.  

Larry and Jan Schrupp were married March 24, 1962, at Zion Lutheran Church in Little Falls and will be celebrating their 50th anniversary with family. And they said it would never last.

Margaret (LaFond) and Gene Pappenfus will be celebrating their 66th wedding anniversary Sunday, Feb. 12. They were married in Little Falls Feb. 12, 1946, and have lived a loving life in Little Falls ever since.

Leo and Maryann Perleberg of Pierz celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Feb. 11, 2012, at the 4:30 p.m. Mass at St. Joseph’s Church in Pierz, preceded by a private celeberation with their family. Leo and Maryann (Gross) were married Feb. 4, 1952, at St. Michael’s Church in Buckman.

John and Lois Peterson of Cushing, celebrated their 40th anniversary with a private celebration. John and Lois (Miller) Peterson were married Jan. 29, 1972.

Albert and Ardith Nelson of Swanville, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a private celebration Dec. 23, 2011. Hosting the event was their family. Albert and Ardith (Bonde)  were married Dec. 23, 1961, at Glen Cary Lutheran Church in Ham Lake.

John and Carol (Burggraff) Fussy are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary. They were married Jan. 8, 1972, at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Little Falls. A private celebration will be held by their children and families.

Lee and Sandy Girtz of Royalton celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary  with family Dec. 3, 2011. Lee and Sandy were married Nov. 29, 1986, at Graham United Methodist Church.

Jerry and Ann (Tuzinski) Witt were married Nov. 19, 1951, at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Little Falls. The family is having a private celebration.  

Gerald and Sandra Foust celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a two-week trip to Hawaii. They will also be celebrating their day with family. Jerry and Sandy were married Nov. 20, 1971.
