Public’s help sought in finding armed robber

Authorities are asking for help in locating a suspect who robbed the Staples Self-Serve at gunpoint, Wednesday. A lone male entered the store about 2:30 p.m., brandishing a handgun and demanding money. The suspect fled on foot from the store. Meyer convicted on two felony counts of burglary

Pauly sentenced to 58 months in prison for death of a child

Gabriel David Pauly, has been sentenced to 58 months in prison following a conviction of criminal vehicular homicide. Pauly had been driving July 8, 2011, when he swerved and rolled his vehicle, ejecting his 2-year-old son, Quentin Pauly. The vehicle came to rest on top of the child. Bryniarski pleads guilty to felony domestic assault

Ross William Bryniarski, 23, Little Falls, was convicted Jan. 4, in Morrison County District Court of felony domestic assault. A report of a domestic assault was received by the Little Falls Police Department Oct. 16, 2011. The victim, who resided with Bryniarski, told officers that he assaulted her with a knife.
