Pierz seventh grade girls take first in Perham

The District 40 Knights of Columbus (KC) held the Free Throw Championship for ages 10 - 14, Feb. 12, at the PAC in Pierz. Contestants attempted 25 consecutive shots to determine the winner. The winners will advance to the Region 7 competition in Aitkin, Sunday, Feb. 26, with a chance to move on to the state championship, to be held at Cathedral High School in St. Cloud, March 31.
