Byron Smith was convicted of two counts of first degree murder and two counts of second degree murder in the shooting deaths of cousins Haile Kifer and Nicholas Brady, Thanksgiving Day 2012 in Little Falls. The judge sentenced Smith to two concurrent life sentences without possibility of parole.
