Fishing
Cody Hoheisel, 8, was ice fishing with his uncle Mike Gosse on Platte Lake Feb. 12, when he caught this 30 1/2-inch, 10-pound walleye, bringing it up through an 8-inch auger hole. It is the biggest fish the young boy had ever caught and it will be mounted for years of fish tales. Hoheisel is the son of son of Gloria and Jesse Hoheisel of Fort Ripley, and the grandson of Denise and Ricky Hoheisel of Pierz and Louise Ohnsted and Rocky Gosse, both of Fort Ripley.
